A Living Brand World for Atelier Lumen

The challenge

Eighty years of hand-blown glass, and a new line that needed to speak to architects rather than collectors. The risk was a rebrand that read as a break — modern enough to win the specification, cold enough to lose the story that made the studio worth specifying.

The approach

We put strategy, design, digital, and film around one table for the first workshop and kept them there. The positioning and the sculptural mark were drawn in the same week; the WebGL product world and the launch film were storyboarded against the same four material studies, so the light behaves identically whether you are scrubbing a product page or watching the film.

The outcome

One release. The identity, the site, and the film shipped together, and the launch event was art-directed by the team that made them — no handover, no reinterpretation, no six suppliers meeting for the first time in the venue.

We briefed once. That is the part that still surprises us.
